    Preparation

    • For our remedy we need 3 apples, of the variety you want, but it is important that they are organically grown. Wash them well and then peel them. We only want the peel of the apples.
    • Now we put our liter of water on the fire, and once it comes to a boil, we add the apple peels.
    • Add that cinnamon stick too. Allow everything to infuse for 30 to 35 minutes.
    • After that time, turn off the fire and allow it to rest.
    • Once our apple peel infusion has cooled, strain all the contents and add the two tablespoons of honey and the juice of half a lemon.
    • We will take this water to a glass bottle, reserving in a cool place. We will take it at room temperature throughout the day,  starting with a first glass on an empty stomach.

    • The peels of 3 apples.
    • 1 teaspoon of sage (5 g).
    • 1 liter of water.
    • The juice of half an orange.
    • 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g).

    Preparation

    • We will start, as always, washing and peeling the apples. Once you have brought the water to a boil, you will only have to add the teaspoon of sage and the apple peels.
    • Allow a suitable decoction of all the ingredients to be made over a little more than half an hour. When you see that you can already smell the apple smell with the steam, you can turn off the fire.
    • Let the water rest for 15 minutes and, once our infusion of apple peel and sage is warm, strain it and include the juice of half an orange and honey. Stir well and take it to a glass bottle.
