Garlic Cauliflower Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g whole spelled flour
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic powder
  • Oven-safe parchment paper

Note : Spelled flour can be substituted for any other flour that you consider appropriate, such as oatmeal, wheat or rye flour. It is recommended that it be integral to preserve all the nutrients of the cereal in question. You can also substitute the spices mentioned for others depending on your tastes.

Preparation mode

  • Beat the eggs until they acquire a foamy texture and add the sifted flour with the help of a strainer, as well as the salt, spices and a little water.
  • Next, grind the cauliflower with the help of a food processor, remove excess moisture with the help of a clean cloth, add the extra virgin olive oil and the crushed garlic.
  • Mix with the beaten eggs and flour until everything is well integrated.
